The research work "Constructive and qualitative methods of analysis of functional-differential, impulsive and difference systems" was carried out by the staff of the Department of Differential Equations and Oscillation Theory. The results of research on the topic are presented in 67 publications, including 54 articles and chapters of monographs.
Research object: systems of differential, functional-differential, impulsive and difference equations.
Purpose of the work: development of new and improvement of existing methods for studying solutions of a wide class of nonlinear functional-differential, impulsive and difference systems.
Research methods: qualitative, numerical-analytic, spectral, variational, group and other methods of analysis of solutions for differential and functional-differential equations, methods of bifurcation theory, Lyapunov–Schmidt theory and the apparatus of generalized-inverse operators, etc.
The obtained results are fundamental, meet high-level international standards, make a significant contribution to the development of science and have the potential for practical application.
