The goal of the project is the development and experimental verification of a system of specialized professional training of future specialists in the field of nanomaterials science for the development of new dual-purpose nanomaterials under the conditions of distance and mixed learning, as well as the creation of innovative nanomaterials and nanotechnologies by students of higher education in the process of this training.

Within the second stage of the state-funded research project "System of Distance and Blended Specialized Training of Future Nanoengineers for the Development of New Dual-Use Nanomaterials", a comprehensive approach was implemented, combining theoretical, experimental, and methodological research. The concept of professional training for future specialists in nanomaterials science was theoretically substantiated and developed, taking into account the challenges of the modern educational environment and the specifics of distance and blended learning. Based on this concept, a model of the methodological system for specialized professional training was created, covering target, content, methodological, and result-oriented components.
Methods for synthesizing nanostructures were proposed and improved, including chemical and electrochemical etching and the SILAR method. Experimental studies were conducted to determine the stability, spectral characteristics, and conductivity of synthesized nanomaterials, specifically AlxGa1-xAs, CdxTeyOz, and InGaxAs1-xSe, which have potential applications in dual-use technologies. Laboratory setups for studying nanostructure parameters were developed and improved, enabling their integration into the educational process as both physical and virtual tools.
Methodological recommendations for teaching specialized disciplines using distance and blended learning technologies were developed. Simulations based on COMSOL Multiphysics, MATLAB, and VESTA software packages were implemented, allowing students to model and analyze physical and chemical processes in nanomaterials. Standardized methodologies for nanomaterial synthesis were developed and adapted for distance learning environments.
Monitoring the effectiveness of the educational process was carried out through surveys of students and teachers, analysis of knowledge acquisition levels, and research on professional burnout. Key challenges of distance learning were identified, including uns
