Продовження збирання польових матеріалів щодо оселищного різноманіття модельних регіонів і територій, формування відповідних баз даних. Здійснення необхідного пошуку якісних критеріїв созологічної оцінки з урахуванням значущості об’єкта для збереження біорізнома-ніття на певному регіональному рівні – від локального до глобального та порівняльна оцінка оселищ різного статусу: первинних, вторинних, антропогенних, для збереження біотичного й ландшафтного різноманіття на прикладі модельних територій. Здійснення експериментального формування ГІС моделей зміни оселищного різноманіття в ході демутаційних і дигресійних сукцесій на територіях різного розміру й режиму використання. Розробка методики формування інформаційних баз даних оселищного різноманіття територій різного типу із застосуванням методів просторової візуалізації.

On the basis of in-depth critical analysis of world and domestic experience, own original developments and special researches in model regions of Ukraine and in nature conservation territories, to conduct environmental assessment of habitat diversity and its changes under the influence of different forms of management and environmental regime. Develop and test methods for habitat diversity inventory and analysis. On the basis of the obtained data, to create registers of types of settlements that need priority protection in view of their sozological status. On the example of model regions of western Ukraine, propose measures for the conservation of biota and landscapes in different conditions of use of the territory, taking into account the principles of the settlement concept of biodiversity conservation. Based on the obtained data, develop recommendations for the implementation of scientific principles of sustainable nature management in the conditions of sustainable development.

Qualitative criteria for the sociological assessment of habitats were determined, taking into account the significance of the object for biodiversity conservation, and a comparative assessment of habitats of different statuses was carried out: primary, secondary, anthropogenic, for the conservation of biotic and landscape diversity using the example of model territories. Experimental formation of GIS models of habitat diversity changes during demutation and digression successions in territories of different sizes and use regimes was carried out. Recommendations were developed on the methodology for forming information databases of habitat diversity using spatial visualization methods
