Methods of synthesis of functional microgels. Methods for the synthesis of monomers, macromonomers and microgels with functional groups, catalytically active groups and groups responsive to substances marking spoilage of various food products and toxic substances in alcoholic beverages (pH, amines) have been developed. Recommendations on the structure of interactive microgels, in particular, crosslinking density, hydrodynamic radius, concentration of functional groups to ensure high catalytic and responsive properties have been developed; recommendations on technological parameters of synthesis and use of responsive and catalytically active substances, in particular, microgels, have been developed.
