The research project "Linguistic corpus research in comparative and applied aspects" focuses on developing the theoretical and methodological foundations for multilingual corpus analysis, with a particular emphasis on Ukrainian-language material. The project involved the systematization and structuring of corpus resources, the formation of subcorpora in Ukrainian and English, and the testing of methods for comparative analysis of lexical, grammatical, and stylistic units. Typical models of linguistic equivalence and transformation in the translation process were identified, offering deeper insights into the functioning of linguistic units across different cultural and linguistic contexts. The practical value of the study lies in its applicability to language education, digital linguistics, translation studies, and information security. Recommendations were formulated for the further development of corpus tools and their adaptation to the needs of the humanities and applied sciences.
