The research was implemented over five stages: preparatory, design, piloting, managerial, and implementation. During the initial stage, a survey of educators was conducted to assess their awareness and understanding of innovation in education, its goals, and objectives. The results showed that most respondents had a positive attitude toward innovation but highlighted the need for further professional growth. As the research progressed, a structural-functional model of teacher training for innovative work was developed. Topics for professional development courses were identified, and scientific research laboratories were established, including those focused on multisensory and activity-based approaches. More than 500 educators participated in advanced training programs designed by the research team. Training sessions, workshops, webinars, and digital learning formats were actively used. Special attention was paid to the practical implementation of innovative technologies: gamification, project-based and activity-based learning, STEM education, multisensory techniques, and interactive methods. Under the guidance of faculty, educational games were developed and adapted for use even under emergency conditions, such as during air raids. Critical thinking, inclusive education, creativity, and emotional intelligence were among the key areas addressed. The results of the study were presented at national and international conferences, published on digital platforms, and featured in academic journals.
