popup.description1
Analyze the current state, prospects, and strategies for the use of generative artificial intelligence at different levels of education with the aim of improving pedagogical and managerial practices and developing the digital competence of participants in the educational process
popup.description2
The relevance of the study is determined by social-educational, pedagogical, professional-competence, managerial, and research factors. Digital transformation, intensified by the COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine, underscores the need to implement generative artificial intelligence (GAI) at all levels of education. Since GAI is already reshaping approaches to learning, teaching, and assessment, its use must be ethical, safe, and aimed at improving the effectiveness of pedagogical and managerial practices.
In the pedagogical-practical dimension, GAI opens opportunities for personalized learning, automation of routine tasks, creation of educational content, and development of digital competence among participants in the educational process. At the same time, there is a shortage of methodological guidelines, practical skills, and ethical frameworks for its application, which limits the potential for innovation.
The professional-competence aspect is reflected in the insufficient readiness of educators to work with GAI. Systematic enhancement of teachers’ digital literacy and the updating of professional development programs to include AI technologies are required. An analysis of barriers and best practices will make it possible to formulate effective recommendations for educators.
In the managerial context, GAI can enhance analytics, forecasting, communication, and decision-making. Uneven readiness of educational institutions to adopt GAI creates risks of digital inequality; therefore, disseminating successful managerial and pedagogical practices is crucial.
In the research dimension, the topic is actively discussed in Ukraine and worldwide, yet requires systematization of experience, identification of effective models, and assessment of risks. The study will contribute to developing scientifically grounded approaches and methodological support for integrating GAI into education.
