The object of the study is the system of sustainable development and transformation management of a modern organization.
The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological principles, methods, tools and practical recommendations for the formation of a comprehensive system of sustainable development management and transformation of the organization in the context of post-war reconstruction.
The theoretical principles of strategic management of sustainable development of an enterprise in conditions of economic instability are substantiated; methodological approaches to the development of key indicators of organizational effectiveness are proposed; theoretical principles are substantiated and practical recommendations are provided for the formation of the competitive environment of organizations in the post-war period; the theoretical and methodological basis for the formation of an adaptive risk management system for organizations in conditions of full-scale war is developed; the impact of digital transformation on the development of the organization in conditions of post-war reconstruction is analyzed; practical approaches to increasing the resilience and efficiency of business processes of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine in conditions of post-war transformation are formed; the marketing strategy of the enterprise in the conditions of economic reconstruction was substantiated; the dependence of business efficiency and social development on the implementation of the corporate social responsibility system was analyzed; the factors that determine the efficiency of export activities of organizations were identified and quantified.
