Improving theoretical and methodological support and forming practical recommendations to support decision-making regarding a person's psychological state
popup.description2
The report presents the results of research related to the development of a decision support model for the psychological state of a person in conditions of uncertainty and multi-criteria, with an orientation towards practical use in printing enterprises and printing houses.
The main aspects of the system analysis of the task of assessing the psychological state of printing house employees are considered, in particular, the features of the influence of the production environment, increased psycho-emotional load and responsibility for the quality and safety of work.
A multi-criteria model for forming an integral assessment of the psychological state based on indicators of the level of stress, anxiety, fatigue and concentration of attention is considered. The feasibility of using the theory of fuzzy sets for formalizing linguistic variables and expert assessments is substantiated.
The structure of a decision support model based on fuzzy inference is proposed, which allows integrating heterogeneous data and forming recommendations for adjusting working conditions or the work regime of printing house employees.
Practical recommendations are given on the use of an algorithm for managing processes of control and correction of a person's psychological state to prevent them from getting into dangerous situations.
The recommendations provided in the work may be useful for use in printing houses and printing enterprises in order to increase the efficiency of labor organization, prevent professional burnout, and reduce the likelihood of errors associated with the unfavorable psycho-emotional state of employees.
