The author's concept of anthropic time and historical process (V. B. Khanzhy) is presented, as well as its ethical interpretation. Using the principles of dual system modeling, a complementary definition of the system of consciousness is proposed. The concept of nooetics as a model of natural-personal-social healing is reconstructed. The planetary evolutionary process is meaningfully understood as one in which each subsequent significant stage of formation (life - mind - morality) is presented as the healing of the previous ones. Within the framework of psychological research, the levels of psychological resourcefulness (which is considered as the ability of a person to self-transformation) in higher education applicants (in particular, psychology students) of generation Z (17-19 years old) are identified and meaningfully understood.
