popup.description1
Theoretically substantiate and develop methods of dual education of future bachelors of vocational education in the field of digital technologies.
popup.description2
The work includes a systematic analysis of the current state of dual education in Ukraine and abroad and formulates a concept for integrating engineering and pedagogical components based on the unity of content and process aspects. The objectives of dual education for the specialty “Vocational Education (Digital Technologies)” were substantiated, and a system of dual competencies was developed that reflects the binary nature of the graduate's professional activity.
Attention has been paid to the creation of a digital training infrastructure: LMS platforms, cloud services, virtual laboratories, and teamwork tools have been introduced to ensure the continuity and practical orientation of training even in the context of the relocation of higher education institutions. Methods for synchronizing academic and industrial environments have been theoretically substantiated and tested, in particular project-based learning, digital microteaching, the didactic projection of Agile methodologies, and the double reflection method.
The use of the concept of “functional duality” of the applicant, the pedagogical model of digital representation of learning outcomes, and the implementation of multi-subject assessment based on digital footprints have been substantiated. Practical results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed approaches: an increase in the quality of training and a high level of employment of graduates of dual programs have been recorded.
The study forms a comprehensive theoretical and methodological basis for the dual training of specialists in the field of digital technologies, adapted to Ukrainian realities. The proposed results have not only scientific but also practical value, as they contribute to bridging the gap between theory and practice.
