The following main scientific results were obtained:
For the first time, the content of the adaptive model of professional development of teachers in the conditions of an open university of postgraduate education is theoretically substantiated; logistic model of development management of professional education institution; a two-level model for monitoring the quality of professional training of future skilled workers; model of management of innovative activities of a professional (vocational and technical) education institution; theoretical model of psychological well-being of participants in the educational process at an open university of postgraduate education; pedagogical conditions and technologies for the formation of a digital educational environment for the professional development of specialists in the conditions of an open university of postgraduate education; principles of selection and structuring of the content of professional development of pedagogical and research-pedagogical workers in the conditions of online education; the classification of creolized educational texts and the matrix of selection, creation and modification of creolized educational texts in the context of digital didactics were developed; the concept and technology of the educational/scientific technopark activity to support the development of innovations in education and provide conditions for the development of scientific, pedagogic, scientific and pedagogical workers and heads of education abilities for expertise and scientific and methodological support of innovations have been substantiated; a prototype of the technology for managing the professional development of pedagogical (scientific-pedagogical) workers in the conditions of open education was developed.
