To determine the socio-cultural and educational-and-pedagogical principles of training specialists of a new formation to managerial activities
popup.description2
Theoretical foundations and practical aspects of training a new generation of specialists for managerial activities in the context of contemporary societal transformationa are presented. The work highlights that an effective manager must combine professional knowledge with sociocultural competencies, the ability to innovate, and digital literacy. The study substantiates the importance of integrating sociocultural factors, modern pedagogical technologies, and activity-based learning methods into the process of professional preparation. A model of managerial competence development is outlined, including content-based, activity-oriented, and value-oriented components. The significance of case studies, managerial simulations, facilitation techniques, mentoring, and team projects is emphasized as essential tools for developing analytical thinking, leadership qualities, and teamwork skills.
The research identifies key barriers to effective managerial training, such as insufficient institutional corporate culture, low digital competence, and students’ psychological unpreparedness for collective work. Recommendations for improving the educational process are proposed, focusing on the development of adaptive, socially responsible, and innovation-oriented managers capable of acting effectively in a globalized and digitalized environment. The findings confirm the importance of combining academic traditions with innovative approaches to ensure comprehensive managerial development and enhance the competitiveness of future specialists.
