As the result of the realized work the draft of the national standard was created. It provides guidelines for integration of the quality management system (QMS) and service management system (SMS) and is applicable not only for IT services but also for any services in general. Implementation of this standard in any field of economic activity will be the real contribution to the development of the e-document and information management and will improve the efficiency of economic activity in general . This standard was created by translation to replace the corresponding national standard adopted by acknowledgement, it will allow to avoid of different interpretations of standards' regulations by users.
