Поряд із цим, результати імплементації Закону (отримані за рік його дії) засвідчують неможливість реалізації нової європейсько-орієнтованої парадигми розвитку вищої освіти на основі старої адміністративної культури управління. Іншими словами, Закон фактично актуалізував проблему та критичну потребу формування/творення нової моделі управління вищою освітою – нової за своєю світоглядною основою (принципи, цінності) та інституційно-організаційною формою (структури, механізми, інструменти) на всіх рівнях управління – від національного до інституційного. Саме тому одним і з актуальних завдань у пошуку та вибудовуванні нової моделі управління, є ідентифікація ключових тенденцій розвитку в управлінні вищою освітою. The current reform of higher education in Ukraine directed the new Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education", which in essence and mission is a reflection of transformational change and democratization processes taking place in Ukrainian society. Besides, the results of the implementation of the Law (received a year of action) certifying the impossibility of a new European-oriented paradigm of higher education based on the old administrative management culture.In other words, the law actually actualized the problem and the critical need for the formation / creation of a new model of higher education - new in its ideological foundations (principles and values) and institutional and organizational form (structures, mechanisms, instruments) at all levels of government - from national to institutional .
