The project aims also to study the role of spin degree of freedom in physical and chemical processes in atomic systems and quasi-two-dimensional crystals, role of anharmonism and nonlinear dispersion in formation and stability of one- and two-electron self-trapped states (solectrons and bisolectrons) which act as charge carriers in modern functional materials in bioelectronics and nanoelectronics. The aim of the project is also analusis of electron spectra of model irregular systems within the concept of band structure transformation with the increase of impurity concentration, study of stochastic dynamics of solitons (fluxons) in Josephson junction arrays and та явища активації пар солітон-антисолітон у довгому джозефсонівському контаphenomenon of soliton-antisoliton pair activation in the presence of thermal noise and oscillating biharmonic current. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-09 Close
