The Bolonska system is the object of research of the given work. The process of preparation of managers to the market operating conditions and development of business of region is the article of research. Development is the purpose of work educational - methodical providing of preparation of specialists - managers, adapted to the economic changes in a region and state. Scientific novelty of the got results. As a result of decision of the put tasks in work the got following results: - the exposed essence of the Bolonska system; - the explored system of organization of educational process in terms the credit - module technology of teaching; - the developed instruments of introduction of a new system in an educational process in the Institut of Economics and Management; - efficiency of the developed measures is grounded; - the developed adaptive organizational, scientific, financial and methodical bases and documents of high-quality preparation of managers for satisfaction of necessities of the state, organizations, region, to the person and their effective functioning in market conditions.
