Studies of analgesic effect of combinations of basic analgetics with neurotropic drugs with different directions of effects were conducted. It was determined that combined use of analgetics with neurotropic drugs revealed a synergism of their analgesic effect with different degree of intensity. Greatest increase of analgetic effect of combinations in comparison with effects of one-component drugs was revealed at combination of paracetamol with fluoxetine and paracetamol with gidazepam. Analgetic effect of combinations of celecoxib with neurotropic drugs substantially did not differ by the intensity from one-component drugs effect. Combined use of tramadol with neurotropic drug was accompanied by additivity and/or stabilization of analgesic effect in dynamics. Obtained and analyzed data of studies allowed to draw a conclusion about the expediency of further studies of analgesic effects of mentioned combinations under the condition of the pain, mainly with peripheric genesis, in other words, what has been initiated at acute or chronic injuries of peripheral tissues.
