It has been found, that multimode state of modulated superstructure is determined by existence of spatial waves of structure deformation. In the case of several defect density waves existence, the stochastic mode of incommensurate structure is realized and chaotic phase appears. It has been shown, that commensurability energy causes changes of superstructure dynamics, causing decreasing of incommensurate phase temperature interval and increasing of metastable states existence temperature interval. The crystal structure deformation, due to electrical field and mechanical stress is accompanied by decreasing of soliton interaction energy, causing the attaching of solitons by base structure atoms in the casual positions.
