Object of research: age-related changes of the immune system. Purpose - to determine the dynamics of age-related changes in immunological parameters in parabiotic partners and installation of time of the first manifestations of aging or rejuvenation. Methods - parabiotic pair surgical connection, routine immunological, biochemical and molecular biological methods, ELISA. Reduction of immune function with age is a well documented fact.To prevent these changes we have made heterohronic parabiotic pairs of common circulation, but instead the effect of rejuvenating the old partner were found signs of aging of the immune system of young partners. We found that after 3 weeks of heterohronic parabiosis in young partners the CD8 +44 + memory cells in the spleen suddenly rise to the level of old. After 6 weeks of coexistence the ratio of CD4/CD8 cells, and after 12 weeks - the relative number of CD4 +44 + memory cells, phagocytic activity of macrophages and T-cell proliferation in vitro decreased to the level of old mice. There was no difference in level of corticosterone between isochronic and heterohronis young partners that indicates the presence of another, regardless of the stress, the mechanism of accelerated aging of the immune system of young animals. There were no changes in levels of insulin, IGF-1 and Klotho protein in serum between isochronic and heterohronic young parabiotic partners, but revealed the presence of a positive correlation between the levels of hormones between the partners of one parabiotic pair that indicates the presence of synchronization processes of hormones production in animals with the common circulation. Similar changes were found on the level of chemokine and proinflammatory cytokines gene expression in the aorta after 2 h LPS stimulation - its level decreased to the level of old animals in young heterohronic parabiotic partners . Thus it is shown that already after 3 weeks of coexistence is induction of age-related changes of the immune system of young heterohronic parabiotic partners. These data suggest the existence in an old body the factors which can actively induce aging of the immune system.
