A purpose of research work is a study of essence, features and progress of the system of state administration risks trends, in a finansovo-kreditniy sphere in the conditions of market changes and world integration, exposure of their influence, on the socio-economic aspects of development of the Ukrainian economy and development teoretiko-methodological principles of improvement of the system of state administration risks. A research method is complex approach of the systems to state administration risks in financially - to the credit sphere which is based on modern teoretiko-methodological going near development of finansovo-kreditnikh relations in their vzaemozv''yazku with the necessities of providing of the economy growing. The conceptual going is developed near development of the finansovo-kreditnoy system in the conditions of becoming of market relations and certainly its influence on socio-economic position in the state on the whole in the context of re-erecting socialoriented state.The aggregate of the programs, measures, instruments and mechanisms, and also algorithm of their application, is offered in the context of improvement of finansovo-kreditnogo mechanism of the state, optimization of financial relations, streams and calculations, providing of national financial market development, and rozv''yazannya of other problems in relation to stabilizing of community development of the state.The features of development of the finansovo-kreditnoy system are exposed in the conditions of becoming of market relations, problem of origin of financial, credit, tax, promissory, insurance and other risks, under act of internal and external factors, pov''yazanikh with a world financial crisis and activation of activity of the state in the world market.Grounded management measures and adjustings of development of the finansovo-kreditnoy system on the whole, and also separate spheres and directions of activity of the state and sub''ektiv market in Ukraine taking into account ob''ektivnikh processes and modern socio-economic realities. On the basis of the conducted research certainly teoretiko-methodological approaches and principles of development of the finansovo-kreditnoy system in the terms of the unstable and transformation economic system which determines directions of subsequent researches from a management by risks in a finansovo-kreditniy sphere.An object are domestic point-of-sale, industrial companies, and also enterprises of restaurant business. The article of research is organization and methodology of record-keeping in the management of subjects of menage Ukraine charges. A scientific novelty consists in that on the basis of research of the system of account in the system of management charges certainly ways of improvement of organization and methodology of account and conceptual principles of their development. Theoretical meaningfulness consists in that improvement of account as an important function of management charges foresees the grant of suggestions in relation to actual and investigational not enough questions of account.
