Object of study: surgical disease and anesthesia support. In study included 2758 patients with surgical diseases and anesthesia support (main group). The control group consisted of patients treated with the traditional method. Objective: to improve the treatment of complex surgical patients in condition of short-term stay hospital based on developed programs of optimal diagnostic and surgical treatment, improving technology endosurgical interventions, developed standards and their implementation in clinical practice. Methods: Clinical examination, laboratory blood tests, electroencephalography, ultrasonography, magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography, Re-endovascular study, video laparoscopic study, surveys of patients, medical and statistical analysis. Results revealed that treatment of the main group using mini-invasive techniques characterized by short periods of hospitalization and rehabilitation, less pain, low complications. These forms of treatment are the best for practice in terms of short-term stay multi-surgical hospital therefore causing minimal trauma of tissues, preserve organ function. The results of research can be applied in practice in surgical departments: general and laparoscopic surgery, endocrine surgery, vascular surgery, gynecology, urology, ENT diseases, endoscopic diagnosis of chronic hemodialysis in policlinic practice nephrologists, gastroenterologist, urologists, cardiologists and others. Expected assumptions about the object of study - further development of mini-invasive technologies in various fields of surgery in terms of short-term stay multi-surgical hospital. Cholelithiasis, urolithiasis, degenerative diseases of the spine, epidural steroid blockade, mini-invasive surgery, Re-endovascular surgery, endovein laser ablation, varicose veins of the lower extremities, sensorineural deafness, ronhopatiya, uterine fibroids, laparoscopic myomectomy, general anesthesia, bispectrum index, short-term stay surgical hospital, single-port surgery, laparoscopy, quality of life.
