Purpose is to carry out the calculations of the SSS, microstructure and durability of deposited on the lateral surface cylindrical parts in operation by repeated restoring surfacing. A numerical study of these processes as applied to the rolls of hot rolling was carried out. It was found that the main factor determining the durability of parts during operation is the maximum temperature of the cycle. The least durable is outer surface layer of metal. The quantitative evaluation of the durability of the roll was done. Cyclic stability of residual SSS and microstructure of repair cycles were determined.
