Theoretical and practical results: In this investigation were identified the most appropriate methods of topometric preparation and planning of radiotherapy of the head and neck tumors, chest organs by the linear accelerator that generates photons. Improved the approaches for optimal selection of the three-dimensional and two-dimensional planning of radiotherapy by linear accelerators (with photons) for tumors of the head and neck, chest organs depending on the constitutional features of the patient based on the analysis of the dose-volume histograms. A method of chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced cancer of the larynx was developed. Methods of pre-radiation preparation for patients with lung cancer and prostate cancer were developed. Novelty: For the first time was supported the expediency of use of the three-dimensional and two-dimensional planning of radiotherapy for tumors of the head and neck, chest organs depending on the constitutional features of the patient based on the analysis of the dose-volume histograms. To assess the quality of the histograms in the three-dimensional and two-dimensional planning of patients with various types of constitutional features a factor of optimality was proposed, for the histogram analysis of the organs at risk a factor of radiation exposure rate on the organs at risk was proposed. We propose a new method of chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced cancer of the larynx. Also we propose new methods of pre-radiation preparation for patients with lung cancer and prostate cancer. The effectiveness of implementation of the results: the developed method of chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced cancer of the larynx allows to increase the frequency of positive response and reduce the severity of radiation damage. The developed methods of pre-radiation preparation for patients with lung cancer and prostate cancer allow to form the dose field with the lowest possible drop in the target dose, to lower the radiation exposure to critical organs.
