The purpose of the project - development of new approaches, mathematical models, simulation methods and structural and parametric optimization in dynamic contact and thermoplastic deformation and destruction (cutting, penetration) elements multicomponent bodies of heterogeneous materials (and biomaterials). Research Methods - numerical solution of boundary connected problems based on the independent approach of the Lagrange-Euler formulation of the finite element method with the use of constitutive relations for the deformable material to adequately take into account the temperature and velocity dependence, as well as special models of local contact friction. To solve optimization problems applied methods of nonlinear programming. The developed approaches, mathematical models and methods of numerical analysis and the results of theoretical and experimental studies form the fundamental basis for modeling applications for the study of shock destruction of multicomponent armor elements and processes that use biomaterials machining. An improved approach is developed and the problem of numerical modeling is solved for no stationary thermo-viscous plastic deformation with structural heterogeneity (fibrous structure) and technological heredity of the material by the example of the process forming the bearing ring heterogeneous lamellar structures under mechanical and thermal shock. A conceptually new approach allows to optimize the structure and operational regimes for the processes of metal machining and biomaterials (biopolymers). Practical implementation of the proposed approach to optimize the process of manufacturing a product from optical polymer "Tile" allowed to reduce the total cost price and reduce operating time by 40-45%.
