The research objective is to develop and research methods and tools of decision making for data processing in intelligence systems of pattern recognition. The methods of research include methods of artificial intelligence, pattern recognition, decision theory methods, highly productive computations. Methods for the synthesis and additional training of recognition models have been developed. In particular, the parallel method for the synthesis of recognition models has been developed. It allows to perform the construction of models of complex objects and processes on the basis of a combination of the methods of computational intelligence and parallel computations, supports the process of synthesis of recognition models using parallel computational systems with high speed. In comparison with the sequential methods it significantly accelerates the process of construction of recognition models using big training sets. The method of additional training of synthesized models has been developed. It uses data on already synthesized recognition models, as well as new data on investigated objects or processes, which allows to reduce the synthesis time of recognition models in the process of updating of information about the investigated objects or processes and to increase the accuracy of synthesized models, and to increase its adaptation when new data about objects or recognition processes are obtained.
