The standard errors of equatorial coordinates are 0.03" in right ascension and 0.04" in declination. 1170 observations of 398 double and multiple systems taken from the Washington Double Star Catalog were obtained. Measurements of position angles and angular distances were made for more than 200 selected pairs of multiple systems. The standard errors of positional angle and angular distance are ±0.2° and ±0.06" respectively. A catalog of 1229 topocentric positions of 40 asteroids was obtained. The standard errors of asteroid positions in the Gaia DR2 reference system are ± 0.14" in right ascension and ± 0.17" in declination for asteroids (12-17) of stellar magnitude. We obtained 489 positions for 4 asteroids of the main belt ((335) -184, (972) - 120, (24) - 125, (535) - 60) and 7 positions for near-Earth asteroid #3200. The standard errors of asteroid positions are ±0.04" in right ascension and ±0.05" in declination for the Gaia DR2 reference system. A catalog of 112 topocentric positions of 5 comets was obtained. The standard errors of comet positions in the Gaia DR2 reference system are ±0.16" in right ascension and ±0.24" in declination. The derived positions were sent to the IAU database. Spectra in the blue and red regions for 19 stars belonging to 7 open clusters were obtained. Stellar fundamental parameters such as radial velocity (RV), effective atmospheric temperature (Teff), gravity on the surface (log g), metallicity (Fe / H) were obtained.
