 Main results: 1) model of institutional and technological design of development of innovative networks on the basis of mechanisms of optimization of interbranch interaction; 2) mechanisms of institutional and technological design of network initiatives in order to realize national innovation priorities; 3) methodological approach to assessing the impact of innovation networks at different levels of the innovation system and the relationship between them; 4) set of computer-analytical applications for analyzing the impact of key factors of the effective functioning of an innovative network and selecting its optimal composition; 5) scientific and methodological approach to the formation of scientific and innovation networks in the context of the implementation of the national security strategy. 6) methodology for the development of the education system at the regional level through cluster-network principles of organization and assessment of the capacity of regions to implement innovative activities based on networks; 7) prototype of a network scientific and educational model aimed at innovative development of the region.
