Object of the study - 115 patients with iodine-negative metastases of the thyroid gland. The purpose of the work is to develop an algorithm for postoperative management of patients with iodine-negative metastases of differentiated thyroid cancer. Research Methods and Apparatus - Full body scintigraphy with 99mTc-MIBI; whole body scintigraphy with 99mTc-DMCA; x-ray computed tomography; 18F-FDG positron emission tomography; methods of statistical processing of results; two-detector gamma camera from Mediso (Hungary), single-photon emission computed tomograph (SPECT) "E. CAM 180". The study group consisted of 115 patients with iodine-negative metastases of the thyroid gland, of whom 30 patients underwent SVT with 99mTc-MIBI - 30, SVT with 99mTc-DMCA - 30, PET with 18F-FDG - 30, CT - 25. Ten patients with In addition, a complex scintigraphic study with 99mTc-pertechnetate was performed, which included dynamic and static scintigraphy to obtain angiographic curves with metastatic lesions of the thyroid gland. Comparative assessment of iodine-negative RFP, CT and PET / CT with 18F-FDG revealed the highest percentage of sensitivity and specificity of scintigraphic imaging for PET / CT with 18F-FDG, which were 92.8 ± 11.2 and 89.4 ± 9, 2 respectively. Creating and using the algorithm of postoperative management of patients with iodine-negative forms of thyroid cancer will allow timely detection of recurrences and metastases and to carry out appropriate treatment, namely surgical, radiation and target.
