Purpose - To establish the relationship between elemental, phase and stress-strain state and thermal stability, mechanical and tribological properties of nanostructured protective multilayer coatings based on nitrides of high-entropy alloys, and the influence of technological parameters of deposition, namely working gas pressure and gas pressure substrates. The research includes several theoretical methods as well as computer modeling, namely: basic calculation of molecular dynamics according to the theory of density functional (DFT), calculation of phase diagrams (CALPHAD), Date Mining, Data Mining algorithms, Linear regression, Random forest regression, Gradient boosting regression). The main result is the prediction and determination of the structure and composition of nitrides of high-entropy alloys and their influence on the formation of physical-mechanical and thermal properties of the synthesized films. The scientific novelty of the results is based on the creation of new models for predicting the structure and characteristics of unknown high-entropy alloys and their compounds, modeling of physical and mechanical properties and phase stability of the most effective element combinations. The new scientific results obtained in this work can be used in industry to select and optimize high-quality protective coatings for metal and ceramic surfaces in harsh conditions (erosion, wear, cutting, heat treatment, chemical treatment, etc.). In the process of performing the tasks the methodology of analysis and prediction of physical-mechanical and thermal properties of wind farms with the help of Data Mining and machine learning algorithms was developed, which provides a basis for further implementation of data arrays processing systems, especially those related to new materials and their properties.
