Three experimental series of standard antigens were obtained - brucellosis S-antigen from strain B. abortus 19 and RS-antigen from B. abortus 7-26 with a concentration of 40 × 109 CFU / cm3 and 10 × 109 CFU / cm3, respectively, as well as brucellosis R-antigen from B. ovis 67 / B with a working titer of 1:50. A method of antigen production for hyperimmunization of animals and a scheme of laboratory animals’ hyperimmunization for obtaining sera have been developed. The technology of manufacturing and control of the reference standard for serological diagnosis of brucellosis has been developed.
