The most informative characteristics for the diagnosis and control of the degree of recovery of human functions in the post-concomitant period are highlighted. Adequate functional-diagnostic methods for assessing the process of restoring the adaptive reserves of servicemen during rehabilitation, based on the principles of evidence-based medicine, have been selected. Algorithms for examination and rehabilitation of servicemen at the pre-hospital and hospital levels are developed and the basic principles of application of methods of psychological and psychophysiological diagnostics for forecasting of recovery process are offered. It is proved that the applied rehabilitation programs have a positive effect on the manifestations of post-concussion symptoms - somatic manifestations, which very often occur and impair performance, as well as obvious complaints from the cognitive sphere significantly decreased (p <0.05), but 17% of complaints about sensory dysfunction almost did not change after the course of rehabilitation.
