Accordingly the telecommunication system that has buffer memory, representation unit and unit of synchronous coding for noise defense and illegal access is proposed. This system is able to transmit and receive information. At this the degree of noise- immunity is estimated for codes to be applied in the system. The computer simulation and estimation of the developed telecommunication system are conducted to this purpose. The obtained estimation is positive. It is also important to increase information rate by means of data compression that is conducted together with data defense. This problem is resolved on basis of using binomial numbers. To this purpose quantity of units in binary code combinations is counted and owing to this fact they are transformed into binomial combinations.
