The purpose of the work is the production of polymer scaffolds by electric spinning and the development of 3D-printed polymer matrices, as well as obtaining two-phase metal-polymer scaffolds. The research allowed to obtain new scientific results, in particular to improve the method of obtaining MXene nanolaminates and their deposition on nanostructured membranes obtained by electrospinning. For the first time, clear limits of Ti3C2 MXene toxicity have been established and the presence of autocatalytic properties, which should be used for the correction of resazurin experiments, has been proven. A detailed study of the structure and chemical composition of two-phase PCL-MXene composite materials was carried out and a uniform distribution of MXene on the surface of nanofibers was established. The electrical conductivity of PCL-MXene composite materials has been established and electron transfer mechanisms have been analyzed.
