According to the work plan, a study of working conditions at typical workplaces of FDI "McDonald's", LLC "Plastic Card", LLC "Naftogaz CT". It has been established that in the workplace there is a combined effect of lighting and intense visual work, class 3.1 - 3.2, which are associated with work with means of information display (ZVI) for 4-6 hours. In addition to the production load, the non-production load is also significant - for 3-6 hours (laptops / PCs, smartphones, TV). The maximum radiation of LED ZVI falls on the "blue" part of the visible spectrum (400-480 nm), while the maximum radiation in the visible spectrum of the liquid crystal video monitor falls on the "green" part of the spectrum (540 - 560 nm). High color temperature of information display devices at the level of 7000 K negatively affects the state of the visual analyzer and leads to an increase in visual fatigue by 26% compared to the color temperature 5173 ± 72 K, which is close to the color temperature of "neutral" white light (p <0 , 05). Important factors in the formation of visual fatigue (asthenopia) in those working with modern computer technology, which is beginning to take shape in the age group of 30-39 years, are the pulsation of the screens and the irrational arrangement of the lighting environment. To prevent visual fatigue, a set of preventive measures is proposed, including: regulation of the allowable time of work with STI, creation and control of optimal and acceptable parameters of the light environment.
