The purpose of the work is to analyze the technological modes of complex energy treatment of the Al-Mg system materials, which increase their strength and durability. Research method is the information-analytical one. On the basis of the analysis of physical and mechanical characteristics of structural materials of the Al-Mg system, the ways of complex power processing which can increase their indicators of durability and durability have been defined. Based on the analysis, the following has been determined: the influence of temperature fields on the physical and mechanical characteristics of structural materials of the Al-Mg system; regularities of the force load influence on the physical and mechanical characteristics of structural materials of the Al-Mg system; the effect of shock ultrasonic treatment on the physical and mechanical characteristics of structural materials of the Al-Mg system. The research results can be used for theoretical and experimental research in the choice of energy treatment modes, which can significantly improve the physical and mechanical properties of aluminum alloys, not only reliability and service life, but also reduce its weight and metal content, which can lead to significant economic effect, primarily in rocket and space technology. The novelty of the work is that there is a choice of modes of complex energy treatment of aluminum alloys. The obtained results can be used in choosing the direction of research to optimize the properties of materials and, consequently, to solve the important problem of increasing the strength and durability of products from different industries. The results obtained at this stage will be used in the next stage in research aimed at improving the physical and mechanical properties of aluminum alloys through the use of integrated energy processing technology.
