Specific features of the endoscopic picture of CKD depending on the degree of severity are determined. Peculiarities of humoral immunity in patients, which depended on the activity of the disease, were studied. Multidirectional changes in the content of dietary fiber in coprofiltrate were determined, and a significant decrease in butyric acid was established in patients with severe CKD. A significant increase in the level of IgG4 in blood serum was established in patients with VK compared to HC by 2.5 times. An imbalance in the composition of the intestinal microflora was established in 100% of patients, which differs in severity. The study of IgG4-positive cells of the mucous membrane of the large intestine showed that the presence of positive cases was 2 times more common in NVC than in HC, and was more characteristic of patients with an average degree of severity of the disease. Algorithms for predicting the course and effectiveness of treatment have been developed.  Product Description popup.authors Haidar Yurii Adolfovych Zigalo Elvira V.
