The object of research is spinal cord injury. The purpose of the study is to find out the effect of two-component neurotransplantation agentsbased on fibrin matrix on the course of spinal cord injury. Left side cross-section of half of the spinal cord is modeled lower thoracic‒upper lumbar level and immediate implantation in the focus was carried outinjuries of human fibrin matrix associated with: 1) neonatal cells rat brain, 2) with mesenchymal progenitors of human Wharton cells, 3) with labeled mesenchymal progenitors of mouse subcutaneous adipose tissue, 4) with labeled neural progenitors of the fetal hippocampus of the mouse or 5) with brain neurotrophic factor. The level of motor function and spasticity is paretic the extremities were evaluated, respectively, according to the BBB scale and the Ashworth scale in their own technicians modifications. The morphological picture in the area of the injury was examined ~7 months later using impregnation of longitudinal sections of the spinal cord with silver nitrate and/or immunohistochemically. It was found that the immediate implantation of the fibrin matrix in the focus of injury, associated with neonatal brain or mesenchymal cells by the progenitors of Wharton's jelly, as well as the implantation of a fibrin matrix enriched growth factor BDNF, - cause an equal and reliable positive effect on restoration of the motor function of the animal. Fibrin matrix implantation along with mesenchymal progenitors of adipose tissue, as well as fibrin matrix without no added cells, is accompanied by a statistically insignificant positive effect.
