The effect of ultraviolet treatment on the characteristics of pH-FET electrodes was studied. It is proposed to introduce an additional technological operation - preliminary UV treatment of electrodes to stabilize the characteristics of ISFET (threshold voltage) and the possibility of performing further UV irradiation operations when applying biomembranes to the electrodes, as well as to prevent the influence of sunlight on the characteristics of transistors when used in real field conditions. Two methods of creatine deiminase immobilization on the surface of pH-sensitive field-effect transistors were investigated: in glutaraldehyde vapors and photopolymerization in PVA/SbQ.
