Research methods: bibliosemantic, archival search, mathematical, statistical, modeling, expert evaluation As a result of the implementation of the NDR, a ranked list of probable scenarios of nuclear and radiation threats to national security during the period of martial law was created; a critical analysis of the radiation safety and anti-radiation protection system for the period of martial law was carried out; developed dose criteria for anti-radiation protection of different categories of the population in case of use of nuclear weapons and possible radiation accidents during martial law; prepared analytical materials for the apparatus of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on issues of improving the system of ensuring radiation safety and anti-radiation protection for the period of martial law; draft normative documents have been developed to minimize the medical and biological consequences of the use of nuclear weapons or a possible radiation accident during the period of martial law.
