ABSTRACT
Object of the research: Training future teachers for specialized and vocational education.
Subject of the research: A multi-level system for training teachers for specialized and vocational education within an educational-scientific-production cluster.
Purpose of the research: To provide theoretical justification and experimental verification of the effectiveness of the multi-level system for training future teachers within an educational-scientific-production cluster.
Key results obtained during the reporting period:
A multi-level system for training future teachers within an educational-scientific-production cluster has been substantiated, developed, and experimentally tested. The multi-level system for training future teachers for specialized and vocational education within the educational-scientific-production cluster reflects the vertical development of their professionalism in accordance with the structure of education in Ukraine. It consists of pre-university career guidance, professional vocational training, pedagogical training, postgraduate education, and pedagogical coworking. This system, in line with its target functions, enables the preparation of graduates with junior bachelor's, bachelor's, and master's degrees for employment in vocational (technical) education institutions (VTEI) and general secondary education institutions (GSEI). It also prepares vocational training masters and teachers of professional-theoretical subjects for VTEI while providing opportunities for individuals who wish to continue professional development at higher educational levels.
Our proposed approach considers the following aspects: аccounting for the aptitude and willingness of school and college students to pursue pedagogical work; ensuring continuity in the training of future teachers within the system "GSEI – VTEI – higher education institution (HEI)."; рroviding access to modern educational and practical centers, already operational in VTEI
