It is aimed at studying the psychological resources of the individual as a subject of supra-situational activity capable of building his or her own educational trajectory. The purpose of the study is to reveal in the methodological paradigm of genetic psychology the potential for personality development in the conditions of uncertainty of the educational space, the formation of the personality's ability to accept a new incomprehensible educational reality and act constructively in it. The practical vector of the study is to activate the resource capabilities of the organization of educational processes in extreme wartime conditions, psychological support in creating a psychologically safe educational environment. At the theoretical level: analysis of methodological coordinates and conceptual matrix, specification of theoretical and methodological foundations, development of conceptual provisions, definition of psychological phenomenology and basic psychological constructs of empirical study of psychological resources of personality development in conditions of uncertainty of educational space. The research parameters of the subject problem field are outlined in the context of the paradigm of genetic psychology and the use of established psychological theories. At the practical level: pilot empirical studies of the study of psychological resources of personality development in conditions of uncertainty of the educational space were conducted.
