145 patients with acute forms of IHD were investigated. 121 of them had being under harmful professional factors influence. The peculiarities of unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction clinical course in patients with health-dameged job, xenobiotics ability to change fundamenticaly the immune and hemostasis systems indices were determined. ACE inhibitors, metabolic therapy and statins application effectiveness in complex treatment of acute coronary syndrome in patients with health-dameged job, it positive effect on patients forecast were proved.
