The study is based on Stafford Beer’s Viable System Model, which conceptualizes a startup as a self-regulating system capable of functioning under conditions of dynamic uncertainty and market volatility. The practical significance of the research lies in the development of a universal toolkit for early identification of weaknesses in business models and for increasing the investment attractiveness of youth enterprises within the EU digital ecosystem. The integration of artificial intelligence and systems thinking principles contributes to transforming startups into resilient adaptive digital ecosystems capable of effective integration into the European economic space.
