It is found that the kind and distribution of defect structure and alloying elements, fase composition and morphology obtained after treatments are depended both on corresponding characteristics in initial state and on type and character of treatment parameters. The correlations and dependences between treatment parameters of alloys and their physical and mechanical properties are determined. It is shown the possibility of controlling the structure states to obtain the required characteristics of metals and alloys.
