The purpose of the work is to study the stability of reproduction and storage of measurement units by state primary standards during their maintenance and operation, to ensure the unity of measurements in the state. Ensuring the traceability of units of measurement, which are reproduced and stored by state primary standards, to measuring equipment (MET) used in the territory of Ukraine. The research method is the study of the metrological characteristics of the state primary standards and FTAs that are part of the state primary standards, the calibration of the FTAs that are part of the state primary standards, maintenance of the state primary standards in accordance with the rules of storage and application, control and ensuring the necessary conditions for their maintenance and operation, updating documents to state primary standards. The result of the work is the stable reproduction and storage of units of measurement by state primary standards, which are stored in the National Scientific Center "Institute of Metrology" (hereinafter - NSC "Institute of Metrology"), with metrological characteristics in accordance with the requirements of current regulatory documents. The results of the work are used during the transfer of the size of measurement units to the existing FTAs of state-owned enterprises that belong to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Economy and standards of metrological services of enterprises and organizations. The field of application is the national metrological service. Prognostic assumptions regarding the development of the research object - every year, new state primary standards are created and existing ones are improved. It is necessary to ensure the stable reproduction and storage of units of measurement by these standards, so the GDR should be continued in the next year.
