We investigated 86 patients with acute myocardial infarction (48 – with arterial hypertension) and 20 patients with unstable angina pectoris (control group). In this work was investigated the relation between “silent” ischemia and dates of contractility of the left ventricle in patients with acute myocardial infarction. We showed that “silent” ischemia is a bad prognostic index to development the aneurisma of left ventricle and heart failure. This dates were more important in patients with arterial hypertension.
