The quantity of patients with this pathological process is growing. Men of the most able-bodied and reproductive age are subjected. The authors have met a prostatitis at 5,4% among 3389 patients of the urological department. More often (66,4%) the process was met at patients of intellectual work. In opinion of the authors, the reason of the illness is infringement of blood circulation in a small pelvis, stagnation and a delay or absence of the dynamic ejaculation.
