At the present stage influence of social factors is taken less into account. The development of the state as a whole and certain region in particular is based on interrelation and interdependence of a condition of environment, economic growth and social satisfaction of a society. Result of interaction is the decision of the main ecology-economic problems. The decision of these problems is possible in a high-development society, with the help of purposeful actions on production growth and strengthening of a social orientation of market system.
