Moreover, the legislation development in Ukraine is very weak from the point of view of the putting the various board practices in order. From this perspective we apply the following criteria to investigate the supervisory board meeting practices in Ukraine: - Frequency of the meetings; - The meeting duration; - The meeting agenda; - The meeting place; - The meeting time; - The meeting openness; - Information.
